Hi!
I sent to you in e-mail my infos about the crash. (with the beta new version)
I have Windows 7 64bit, and when i shut down my computer it makes a crash with blue screen. I made a photo from the blue screen, and i sent the file with the problem what you asked in the forum. I sent it in e-mail.
When will this problem fixed? Just because we use a webcamstudio, and some of the online websites compatible just with splitcam.
So it would be very important, and we are look forward the next fixed version. _________________ Dave |

I received your mail with dumps and photo. We are working on it.
Additional question: do you have blue screen only when shut down windows or during SplitCam work too?

Hi!
The blue screen just come when i shut down the computer. Other way the splitcam is working.
Just because i bought this new laptop now i no wanna demage it, and i think this crash isnt good for the computer.
If i lost my computer i lost my job...
So i look forward the fixed version.

Do you shut down your computer with SplitCam working? Or you close SplitCam window firstly and then shut down your computer? _________________ SplitCam Support
