Hey, ive tried using it on MSN, Yahoo, Camfrog and Jmeeting and so far i havnt had any luck because it says "source is already being used" or something along those lines

can any1 give me any insight on to how i can get splitcam to work better?

Make sure your camera source in each of the applications (camfrog/yahoo/etc) is set to SplitCam Capture and not Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000
