|

I got this program because I had been told I could use an image as a webcam source. The idea was to do that in windows live messenger, since I don't own an actual webcam.
I go to File > Video Source > Image File, select a smallish .bmp, which then appears in the viewport. I click the Play button, and apparently that should be it. But messenger says it couldn't connect to my webcam.
Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing a step? Does this program not do what I'm trying to accomplish? |
